I have now requested a stand for the club at this event (this Sat) and am working on a flyer to hand out to people. If you have any event information that you would like to be included, please let me have this ASAP, as I have to have these ready and printed by Friday night.
I am also hoping to have some pictures of past events, so if anyone has any good pictures they would be prepared to lend, again please send them to me ASAP. I need to have time to check with everyone in the picture that they are OK with it being used for this purpose before it can be used wither onthe stand on in a flyer.
If you are going and are willing to help out promoting the club for an hour or so (esp event refs) please can you let me know this as well, so I can try put some sort of rota together - I am not well enough to do this by myself for 6 hours, so I need the help. IT IS YOUR CLUB TOO!!
